March?

it doesn’t seem like it should be March yet! Summer never happened and then wham it was autumn/winter. Such is life these days.
Anyway, we can’t change the date or the weather, may as well get used to it being fucky.

There are a few things coming up over the next five weeks to keep me occupied.
My Knight goes home in a few days. (Not happy about that.)
I’ve got an appointment with my orthopaedic surgeon.
Doris and I are going to the Rocky Horror stage show.
The launch of [Foxtrot Foxtrot Sierra] is April 17.

Well, it’s still March. I thought maybe it was a dream, but no, it’s actually March.
Anywho, we’re home. It’s Monday morning.
There appears to be a hot cross bun travesty … I could not find normal ones! I found; caramel and ginger, chocolate, fruitless, apple and cinnamon, and brioche. What on earth is going on? Where are the regular hot cross buns?
I accidentally bought caramel and ginger – thinking it was regular ol’ hot cross buns with fruit and spice. I can’t say I’m looking forward to trying them. 🙂
I really wish people would leave things alone. Tradition dictates hot cross buns have spices and fruit!

Not much to report really. I’m waiting to hear from my lawyer – very much hope I hear from her today. I do need to write a new will and it’s not the easiest document. Wonderwoman and Superman’s wills were straightforward, mine would be but there are copyrights. It won’t be that bad, it just seems like a big job and I know I should get on with it! It’s one of those things. We all need one but no one really likes writing one. (Probably less tricky than a synopsis though.)

Anywho, sales are down, perhaps buy yourself and a mate some books for Easter? Guaranteed to be less disappointing than the fanciful hot cross buns. 🙂 The link is for paperbacks if you’re in NZ. (FYI, if you buy paperbacks from me you also get surprise gifts – usually my amazingly wonderful pens.)
Here’s a list of links if you’re not in NZ.

That’s about it from me at the moment. I’m struggling to do much because of my wrist/hand. All weekend it drove me absolutely nuts. I’m less than impressed. Also, I was not a nice person to be around because I could not get away from the constant pain. Seems easier today. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
