Tonight Doris and I went to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show at the St James theatre. We had seats in the third row. Yes, the third row. Yes, it was very loud – at times. No, we will not sit in the 3rd row again. (A 32 and 33)
Just because it was so loud so close to the speakers. There was a fair amount of bright lighting that caused us both to cover our eyes.
But, it was fantastic.
Utterly wonderful.
I am delighted. It was loud, it was flashy, it was the Rocky Horror Picture Show. It’s not often that I see something out in the wild and know ALL THE WORDS. 🙂
What I didn’t expect was for Rocky to remind me so much of Auntie Michael. He was the dead spit of a young Auntie Michael. Although I don’t recall Auntie Michael being so muscular. (Sorry Mike.)

Anywho, great night.
I bought a programme, because that is what one does.
In the back of the programme, it has up coming shows. Doris would like to go see The Heathers and I’d like to see Jesus Christ Super Star (another one that I know all the words to but haven’t seen live). I don’t know when it happened but we are theatre people now.
Guess we just go with it.
What fun!

The other thing we did today was a pre-settlement walk through of our new house.
That was also fun. But apparently I can’t send the video to anyone unless they have an iPhone. I don’t know what that’s about except that as usual FB Messenger is a piece of shite. (I don’t know why people wouldn’t have an iPhone … but that’s just me.)

Nothing else to report for the moment.
Everything is chaos and hopefully in three days it will be less chaotic and much more pleasant.
Rocky Horror Picture Show was a welcome break from the hectic lunacy of the last month or so.

If you haven’t seen Rocky Horror live, I urge you to. It really is an experience like no other.
