I slept in. In all fairness though I’ve had a crazy couple of days and I think I needed to rest my brain.
Had fun catching up with Pip yesterday evening (and Charlie via FaceTime). Pip and I have known each other for more decades than I care to count. School is a long way back now. Not that you’d know to look at us. (Shush … let us have that.)

You might’ve noticed a change in my website.
It’s streamlined and more in keeping with the grittiness of the Byte Series. Trust me, there is a very good reason for the changes. I am aware that there is no longer a picture of me on the website. I might put one back, but if you look at the header – they’re my boots on my feet. 🙂

This weekend I am fossicking through old flash drives. A couple of people know the full details and the why, but they are sworn to secrecy until I can make the announcement. Just know it’s quite exciting and I’m kinda waiting for the other shoe to drop. This business is fickle so not counting chickens is mental safety thing. I’m supposed to get something today that will cement things. We shall see. Hasn’t happened so far.

Anywho, I have new hardware. And wearing it removed 99% of the pain in my wrist. It’s an exo-skeleton of sorts. Was almost impossible to remove last night and I’m not at all sure I can get it back on after my shower today. I can heat it up a bit though and then re-mould it, maybe! 🙂
I am now Robocop.

That’s it from me today. This secret thing will not write itself … it’s pretty tempting to share with you what my youngest son “wrote” last night but I shall resist. Turns out it kinda can write itself! 🙂
