The last week and a bit has been busy. Adding new ISBNs to the FBI-Byte Series paperbacks, reformatting, and creating new covers, then having to create all new graphics to reflect the new covers. The books are also on a new platform and I no longer have to deal with Amazon to get print copies. Hooray. Although, killerbyte is being rather slow at publishing. I think the reason why it is taking so long to publish as a print book on Draft2Digital is an ISBN issue. I didn’t write the new one down where all the others are written. And I’m not 100% sure if I had an extra ISBN left from the last 10 number block I got. So, it may need to come down yet. It’s the only one that hasn’t happily published as a print book via D2D.
No doubt I will find out soon enough.
In other news … I’m writing [Indigo Romeo Lima] but it’s slow going at the moment. McWristy and whatnot are super annoying. I tend to only open the [IRL] file when I think I can get a chunk written without too much stopping and starting. My brain needs space to write.
I still have some books available at the ridiculous price of $5 plus postage. FBI-Byte Series books must go!
Not much else to report really. I’ve been busy doing the covers etc. I have, also, dragged out query letters, synopses, chapters etc and after tidying up the letters and whatnot I started querying agents. I did 6 last Sunday. True to form have heard nothing. I might query another 6 this weekend.
All because I need an agent to rep my work to TV/Film. Cross your fingers I land one!
That’s it from me … starting to ramp up the gearing up for the launch of [Foxtrot Mike Lima] in June. 🙂

Those formatting/cover/ISBN issues can be real buggers, Cat – I don’t envy you. And I don’t blame you for taking it a bit at a time with [IRL]. It’s not easy to write a good book in the best of circumstances, and doubly hard if you’re in pain. Meanwhile, I hope your launch plans are going well!
And, I didn’t stuff it up at all! Got an email from D2D saying killerbyte is available so I can order author copies! 🙂 🙂 Hooray!
