7 Days.

My Knight will be home next Monday! (He’ll be home on a Monday somewhere around noon.)

I think I have finally tracked down a broken [Leave a message] link here. (Not so much broken as there is a new one but it’s been around for a while!)
It’s Wellington Anniversary Day today – doesn’t mean much except that the Wellington Region is on holiday.
Summer is trying a wee bit harder to be summery, so that’s nice.
I’ve just uploaded new files for ‘Written in Leaves’ and ‘Fates Entwined: Spellbound Bookshop Trilogy’.
I will probably order the Trilogy book soonish. It’ll take at least a day to go live with the changes and then I need to give Amazon about 72 hours to get their shit together. If I don’t wait, I’ll 100% get the very annoying ‘we can’t ship dangerous goods to your address’, ‘We cannot ship alcohol to a dry area’, followed quickly by their ‘help’ suggesting I use something other than a New Zealand address.
To prevent that PIA, I will wait until the end of the week. 🙂
Look at me displaying patience.
I’m starting to feel guilty about not writing today!
I knew I wouldn’t be writing over the weekend but it’s Monday now … and not a word has been written. Mostly because it’s an admin day.
I even pulled a kitchen drawer out and found what was stopping it closing properly.
Had to ask Admin Bex where to find some tax info I needed. It would be helpful if IRD didn’t put everything under a ‘print’ heading or added the words ‘or download’. It would be a lot less annoying! Anywho, that’s done and uploaded to where it needs to be. Hooray.
Next on the list is set up posts and create more graphics.
The graphics part is fun. 🙂
I just need to come up with some ideas.

Hope your week is starting well.

  1. Very excited for you! Only one week to go! Yay! Funny you’d mention the tax stuff. We’ve got our tax appointment coming up soon, too, and it’s time to start gathering what I’ll need. Oh, and I like the idea of having your Spellbound trilogy available both as individual stories and as a set; lots more flexible that way!
