Welcome home!

I’m back from Tauranga and family time with my oldest daughter. It was my first time in Tauranga and suffice to say I was underwhelmed by the hill they call Mount Maunganui. Seriously, The Mount? Yes, there are pretty beaches though.
Anywho, was good to be with Bex and her family.
Now I’m home and it’s business as usual … except the first thing I did this morning was knock my French press over and it BROKE. FFS.
Guess I need to go out after all.
Writing will have to wait. I did not want it to wait. The universe cares very little about what I want. If it did sales would be off the charts instead of the truly tanked sales for the last two months.
Not quite sure what to do there but I do know radio silence while I’m away is never good for sales. So that explains this last weekend but not the last two months!

[Foxtrot Foxtrot Sierra] really wants me to get words on the page. Maybe tomorrow, if I go find a French press today. Sigh.

Scattered on Cloth launched silently on October 31st and has done poorly, as one would expect from a silent launch. When I finish and launch the third of those stories I might consider putting them all together in one book. We’ll see. I probably should write the third story before day dreaming about what I’ll do in the future with the trilogy. Sales would be good, otherwise it’s a wasted effort anyway.
Book 3 has a title and a file so there’s a beginning, of sorts.

Scattered on Cloth

I need to go take my pain meds. McWristy is being POS. Typical.

  1. Glad you’re back safely, although I am sorry to hear about the French press! I hope you find out quickly. And I know what you mean about launches. Mine in July was a real non-event *Sigh*. I hope the beasties forgave you for being away…

  2. I have the five, personally autographed, and would welcome a sixth autographed 9mm pressing in my hand, but would prefer to pay you directly via internet banking if that works for you, for for Scattered on Cloth.

    Your choice
