Of course!

Seriously, don’t know why it didn’t immediately occur to me that someone was asking about Databyte when they asked about ‘my book‘. 🙂 Maybe because it was foremost in my mind in 2014 when it launched?
Currently I’m writing the sixth book in a entirely different series set in the same universe (and it annoys me to say ‘universe’ because it’s not fecking fantasy with dragons and world building, or super heroes or whatever, it’s present day).
Anywho, I’m not exactly thinking Ellie Conway these days. I’m thinking ‘What the actual fuck has Nana done now?’ Completely different situation.
It’s kinda funny though when people ask about your book.
I can’t just answer off the top of my head because I don’t know which book they’re referring to. Could be any of them. I didn’t expect it to be Databyte. Although maybe I should’ve, because there is a Meta Ad running for Databyte but it’s still not on my mind, you know?
The problem is that I’m writing, so my brain is all about what’s in front me right now. Yes, there is an ad running but that doesn’t mean I can answer questions about that book. Doesn’t mean I even know how much it is on any given platform. It also doesn’t mean I know you saw the ad. I will try to answer your questions but I do need more information than’ ‘your book‘.
Thanks for understanding. 🙂

Right I’m off back into writing land. Nana has done something which may push Ronnie’s blood pressure up a tad.

  1. That sounds like Nana, Cat! Whatever it is, I hope she can get out of whatever the mess is. In the meantime, that’s one of the the downsides of having multiple series/books. When people ask you about your book, you want to say, ‘Which one?’
