Two stories …

We’re here again, with two stories vying for my attention. So far there is no clear winner. Could go either way or I could carry on writing both. Who knows? Certainly not me!
What I found interesting this time is how I’m writing. One is straight to a Pages file with no messing around with notebooks. The other is pages and pages in a notebook and very little in formatted file I created for it, so far.
One is far more portable than the other – although all my devices are linked so in theory I could write on my phone on the move. Seriously, fuck that. I don’t think I’d even attempt writing on my iPad. Far too annoying when I’m used to the MacBook.

Which story is which? Well, the final Fates Entwined story is direct to Pages. That story is titled ‘Drawn from Cards’ … but I don’t like it, it feels clunky. I’m searching for another way of conveying the message in the title that fits with the other titles.
Ideas are welcome!
Written in Leaves and Scattered on Cloth are 2/3’s of that trilogy.
The seventh Veronica Tracey is in my notebook. It’s called [Foxtrot Foxtrot Sierra]. It’s the perfect title and came from Margot Kinberg quite some time ago.

Having the stories in different formats is just how it happened. At some stage I will type those pages into Pages. (Yes, that does amuse me.)

Are you writing?
What are you working on?
How’s it going?

  1. Thanks for the shout out! I’m so eager to read both stories. I know they’ll both be fantastic! I give you credit for flexible about your writing. I have to admit, I use my laptop pretty exclusively, unless it’s just to make some notes.
