You probably know that ‘Fingerprint File’ is a Rolling Stones song, right? And that it was on the 1974 album It’s Only Rock and Roll.
It’s one of my least favourite songs from that album but I like the lyrics. They work for me today, so, there ya go.
Today is another day of mistaken identity or people ‘investigating’ only to come up with me and not the person they want. So, let me say it again, Ellie Conway is the main character in the Byte Series. She is not me. I am not her. She is not an author. (Not really anyway, although her name is on a book of poetry, but that’s a long story for another time!)
I am an author. I write crime thrillers and spy/PI books.
If you are looking for Ellie Conway and you keep finding me, it’s because I’ve been around for a long time and so has Ellie – as my main character. 🙂 🙂
