π Did anyone shoot Crockett?
You’ll find out when [Leave a message] launches around about the middle of 2022.
If he survives without a scratch I’ll be very surprised. So will you now. π
Anywho, I had a dream last night that wouldn’t quit. I woke at one point to turn the fan off and fell straight back into the dream. Used to happen a lot more than it does now. And I don’t think I’ve dreamt about this book before. I did last night. I can’t remember all of it but I remember how it felt. The overriding feeling of the dream and glimpses of Crockett, Emily, Ronnie and Ben. Have a feeling bits and pieces will come back as I write this morning.
It’s pouring down outside. Makes for the perfect writing day really. Yesterday I crossed the 45k point. Required a fair bit of thinking too. And I need to go over that chapter and just make sure I have the right people in the right places because there were some curveballs. In a way, they were good because now Crockett trusts Ronnie’s process a lot more. I also ended up in a house that I didn’t really know the floor plan for, so there are some messy sketches in my notebook now. Fun.
There’s also a control room in the basement, so I needed a wee sketch of the set-up in that, also needed to know where the cameras were inside the house and where they were placed on the bush path and outside the house. Were they HD? How good is the tech? Thankfully I know a wee bit about security cameras because I listen when My Knight tells me about them, and I’ve seen them in action. I have a fair idea of what the new ones are capable of and how good the images are. That made the whole CCTV thing much easier.
I did end up with a couple of questions when I stopped writing last night. One of which I may have answered in my dream. I just don’t know why the person thought the thing was where she thought the thing was. (How’s that for telling you nothing?)
It’s My Knight’s birthday today. We’re the same age again. We’ve had some hilarious debates over our ages over the years. You see, his heart beat before mine so that technically makes him older than me … but I arrived 16 days before him, so, chronologically I’m older. π One of us was very early (that would be me, the impatient one) and one was late cos he fell asleep.
This is our song:
Happy Birthday to Your Knight! But you and I need to talk about Crockett. That’s all! Seriously, I hope 2022 goes very well for you, and I can’t wait to rea [Leave a message]!
For now, Crockett is fine but he’s got potential to be a bit of a loose canon so … π π
On one note at least, when I was about 9 in our place in Kelson, I couldn’t find the hammer, so for no particular reason, I went to my room, closed my eyes, asked myself where could it be, saw a picture in my mind of it being in a specific place in the garage – and when I went to check there it was exactly. I don’t know why I thought that it was there either π
My youngest always asks me to find things for her, because I always know where they are. And 99% of the time, I think about it for a moment then I can go straight to it.
Have you ever tried dowsing?
You will be in tune you’re so switched on. I tried a pendant once, but it I remember clearly that it didn’t really work for me, but that was back in the mid-90’s. Reading in your [Nothing happens here] Ronnie using a pendant, that was so cool. Gee – that’s accurate! I had a spiritual teacher that said to me; “I will find that all my questions will be answered”. For me, nature, sounds, words, even license plates occasionally omg! – and every conceivable thing, finding when my attention is drawn to something – it all helps – and I love the whole synchronicity/serendipity thing. I’ve had some great tarot readings in the past too. It’s all good fun, but can be so useful, and sometimes important too.
Being able to dowse is a family thing for me. I used to have brass dowsing rods but they disappeared so I use a pendulum now or my Nana’s wedding rings. It’s mostly accurate. π
